On departure there was only one trainee at the reception !!!!! Unfortunately she could not print out an invoice, which is not OK. Since we have redeemed a voucher for 350, I would have liked to receive a statement. Especially since in the waiting area at the reception several guests wanted to pay 1 person was far too little. Otherwise everything was fine
