The car was repaired to my expectations. BMW of North America stepped in to contribute financially even though the car was out of warranty. BMW of Richmond further discounted the repair costs. Overall, it was a bummer to need the repair considering my overall low usage of the car but pleased with how BMW and the dealership stepped up to assist.
