Pleased with the car, still wish buying a car didn't feel so stressful. There's too many "let me check with manager" conversations going on. Simple things like there was a key fob that wasn't the best, was told by sales man that "don't worry I will find the second one It's at another location" needless to say I didn't get it or follow up. I had to call about it and when I did, the response started out like this "well you know the car you gave us had issues, etc. and for the price you paid for the car you really can go get a FOB made etc. (my car was under warranty, told them as I was driving it to the dealership a light went on, asked if I should go get that looked at before the trade was told, don't worry that is our issue now) the point is one didn't have much to do with the other. I just believe your words need to match up to your actions. When I arrived the online person told me to ask for the manager, a sales person ran to great met maybe they shared the same name? The online person said that when I came in they would know why I'm there..they didn't. It just wasn't the most pleasant experience sorry to say.
