Used to be great. Was there at least once a year for our yearly vacation. This was the first time of us revisiting after renovation. Super disappointed. Reservation was nightmare. Reservation has no clue at all how the property is - 45 mins call just to understand the actual room configuration and dining options during this RMCO. Total lack of the warm hospitality we used to get during our previous visit before the renovation. Need to call 5 times to ask for housekeeping. Room not clean. Found 2 bodies of dead cockroach. Did not get the usual welcoming feeling anymore. Perhaps, change of management?
