From the experience I have had from JLA I would not expect it from any other company. I will never recommend JLA to any one and I hope they improve there service department which in my opinion is a total disgrace. The staff have no inter-personal communication skills, especially certain members of staff whom they know who they are. They have a tendency to put the phone down on you or tend to chin wag between themselves to come to a conclusion. Sometimes they leave the waiting call open (by mistake) so that you can hear what they are talking about amongst themselves!!
I have had nothing but misery from these people and hope no one else suffers like this. I would greatly appreciate it if one of the directors/or senior managers would contact me as on many occasions I have been refused there contact details. Even though I have asked the operators in the service department to ask the senior managers to ring me.
