I have been using Russian Railways for several years now and I must say I am very impressed with the service. The trains are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with delays or cancellations, and the prices are very affordable. Overall, I would rate Russian Railways as excellent.
