I have been a Dish customer for over 20 years and I love them. It saddens me that Dish uses this company to represent them. DO NOT do business with these people. They are unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and they will not even listen to you to determine what you need. If your problem falls outside of their cookie cutter solutions, they are lost.
