My husband and I needed to replace our 2016 Murano, but we were not ready to buy immediately. The sales associate, Mike Maenza was fully understanding and did not push us. He showed us a 2019 Murano that we might be interested in, let us test drive it and said come back when you are ready. I know we can do business. He introduced us to the sales manager, who likewise said please come back when you are ready. A few days later, after researching everything we needed to know about the car, we set up an appointment with Mike, and he did not disappoint. He worked with us and we felt we got bought the car at a fair price. Mike was very pleasant to deal with and handled the transaction in a professional manner. No pressure. Just working with the specs on the car and negotiating the best price possible. We love the car. Thank you Mike.
