I may have purchased my vehicle at another dealer, but I take it to Mark Miller Toyota for all service. I do this because the customer service is fantastic. They are always nice, and honest with me about my vehicle. I recently took it in to check on recalls, and to have some service done. They found several other issues, some I had a feeling were wrong, and others I didn't know about. My service technician went through all of them individually, and explained the issue, and the severity. He was even honest enough to let me know that some of the issues were so minor that they weren't something I needed to worry about now, but they wanted me to be aware of them. I will always take my vehicle to them, because I never feel swindled, and they are always fair on prices as well. Don't get lost in the myth that dealer repair prices are always more. I never feel this way with Mark Miller Toyota, I've even called around to check prices, and 99.9% of the time they are lower or the same as other mechanics, and that.1% they have been willing to match the price.
