Went to the Cranbourne store today and asked for some help with the blinds up the back of the store. There were two older ladies working and neither of them said no problem il come down and assist you they just looked like they even wanted to be there no smile, no personally and for someone who works in retail myself i know how important it is to treat customers right. Even if your having a bad day dont ever treat your customers like you are!!!! So we didnt get help and left. Sorry lincraft you lost about a $400 dollar sale today.
