I have always loved knotts everytime I go, and it gets better every time, but this time, the employees were just rude. The drink refresh station by the ice cream and desert place in ghost town, by the train station and the saloon, had very rude employees. The girl gave No greeting, no smile, she was talking to other employees on how one employee tainted a cup, no eye contact, and like I said, just rude. The other place was the bbq place in ghost town by the school house and the lady who gave my order was very unenthusiastic and looked like she hated her job. Then once I places my order the people cooking were being loud and obnoxious and when they gave me my food they slid it across the counter didnt say anything and were rude. I guess since today was hot I'll give them that, but to work at a place like Knotts, they need to step it up. Other than that I had a great day with great staff on the rides. The park was clean, the park was well kept, and overall awesome! Recommend to not go when it's hot as people do get grumpy tho!
