Oh Georgy (the 24/7 tech we spoke to last night), I called and you saved our sanity & eardrums. Our alarm had malfunctioned and decided to start periodically going off every 15 minutes from 2am until 5am. Safe to say the neighbours weren't impressed and we where all starting to go insane. Until this magnificent man said that he could help us we had had no luck from our landlords, council, alarm company and others. They either didn't answer or refused to help because it was a rental.
Georgey was his name, he came like a bright shining light in dark times. Like the hero all need in such desperate situations, it just happened he was on the other end of the phone, he didn't try to mug us off with a callout tech, he knew he could get the alarm to submit to his will. He talked us through a complicated fix while not even breaking a sweat.

But you know what, Georgey... you saved our lives, we are eternally grateful. How can I send you some rum?
