I've been having worked done on my plumbing, heating and AC system, and after annual service, including duct cleaning and acid washing the coils, the thermostat was doing something that I hadn't seen before. When I called Yes, they sent Bill Cooper out to check the system for me. I don't know if the throughout cleaning and servicing fixed something that I didn't know was broken, but the system checked out fine. Bill then took some time to show me how the thermostat works in relation to the heating system that I have, which made a lot of sense. I should be able to program the system differently than I had it running, and probably same me some money on utilities. Thanks Bill, I appreciate the lesson and professionalism. Yes is now my permenant Heating/AC and plumbing company.
