It was quite amazing. Four friends and me did the banquet tour (usual tour starting at 6pm, than banquet (quite impressive, really a lot to taste and in an awesome place, sad the ale wasn't cheaper than 6$ the half-pint), than a night tour. It was more expensive, but it was totally worth it!
