Had some major repairs done on my 2008 4Runner on ...

Had some major repairs done on my 2008 4Runner on 15th and 16 of October 2017. I was assigned service advisor Norman Vassell. I was a little skeptical as I normally use another advisor. I scheduled the repairs for a Sunday, so my regular advisor was not working. To my surprise Norman was outstanding. His customer service is thorough and professional. When I learned that the repair will take another day Norman made accommodations for me to have a free rental on account of the distance I reside from the dealership. He took his time to inform me of the type of repairs and informed me of all my options. As busy as he was at the time I am very impressed with his professionalism. My only concern is that Toyota Of Tampa Bay loses him to a competitor as I'm sure no matter where he works he will be a credit to his employers. Thank You Norman Vassell for your assistance. See you for my next scheduled service.
In the past Toyota Of Tampa bay sent out surveys to customers that recently had service performed on his/hers vehicle. I did not get one. I contacted customer service and informed them of the issue. They said they will look into it. That was 2 weeks ago. Still have not heard from them. So I did the next best thing and put a review on Google. Thank You Google
