Terrible/Horrible customer service!!!! Threats ab...

Terrible/Horrible customer service!!!! Threats about repossessing a vehicle when they haven't done their job to send any proof they are your finance company. They should get off their asses and stop being one and send proper information, so people wont be late on car note payment and receive threats of repossession. Yelling at people with out finding out the real story won't make your life easier. I suggest better training and more cheerful reps that can get the job done right in order to run a better business that wants to keep customers and not call a tow truck to make their life less interesting!
