Housekeeping walked in on us at 9:30 a.m. without knocking while getting changed! We had a 3:00 to 4:00 check out and are being threatened by the front desk manager who did not apologize for the second attempt at 11:45 a.m. for housekeeping to get in again without knocking! An embarrassing establishment!
