Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two and a half hours and when I got the vehicle home I noticed they didn t even do the tire rotation.

Highly unsatisfied!!!
2nd time at the dealership in a month due to an oil leak. It turned out the oil filter housing was cracked which was fixed but when I arrived I stated that I wanted the oil to be cleaned off the bottom of the engine and also mentioned that last time I was in they did not rotate my tires so asked if they could take care of it this time. I inspected the work after I got home and noticed they did not clean off the oil or do the tire rotation again! This is ridiculous I shouldn t have to verify the work of your technicians especially when I was clear before what I wanted done.
