My experience at Al Serra is always amazing. This time we worked with Cruz in the certified used department. He s very quick, straightforward, and all around a nice person. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and got things through quickly. The next day I was driving my new Tahoe off of the lot! They have been in contact with me since I left and have been very organized.
