Called at 1pm and asked for an appointment to look at a new vehicle. They gave a 4pm timeslot, I arrived at 3:45pm and left at 4:45pm after watching the sales staff chat and vape for an hour. I was told to wait because I was "next in line" at 4:15 but I don't think that was the case.
