We reached out to Nicole at Brighter Minds Tutoring seeking help for our son who is in 6th grade. He struggles with focus and attention issues, heightened by lack of interest or limited success. He is much more interested in becoming a professional gamer!
Nicole took this information and suggested we set up a time for our son to work with Doug for an hour. A trial of sorts! Not only did the hour prove success in that our son actually enjoyed his time with Doug, he looks forward to his twice a week sessions.
Doug has been unbelievably organized, well prepared with practice work, communicates with the math teacher when needed and took it upon himself to find out when the upcoming math test was scheduled and what the test entailed. We have never had a tutor take this much care and responsibility for our son's academic wellbeing in the past.
Doug is the exact tutor we have dreamt of and are thrilled to have been introduced to Nicole, Doug and Brighter Minds Tutoring.
