Our realtor, Barbara Vance, recommended Artesian Title and Rick Nayar. She swore they were the best Orlando title company. I will say they made selling our home the easiest process you could imagine. Special thanks to one of their attorneys, Daniel, for going above and beyond catching and fixing several errors on previous paperwork. I will tell everyone DO NOT take for granted who you use as a title company. When we bought this we used another title company and they didn't satisfy a previous mortgage, so when we came to sell this It showed we owed an additional $300,000. Daniel was able to track down the previous title company and owners of the home to get them to sign documents to clear this up. Either way, we love these guys and would recommend them to anyone!!!!
