We recently boarded our 12 year old black lab here for 10 days. He has been to several kennels throughout his life and never had a problem. When we picked him up he had clearlyy lost weight, with ribs showing on his sides. The bag of food we brought for him was returned to us about 60% uneaten. Nobody ever called us to say he was not eating or he was losing weight. Apparently they have no problem with dogs starving and don t even call the owners to let them know the dog is not eating or whether to offer a different type of food. Our dog is now so weak he can barely go for a walk. We ve never seen him like this before. He is starting to eat some more and regain his strength, but they charged us over $300 for this. If we were notified of this decline in his health and were able to react to it while it was happening, I would not be upset, but nobody said anything to us until we picked him up and he was emaciated. Will not use this kennel again - they dont pay attention to the health of the dogs.
