Hired a dental insurance a few years ago, while paying everything well, when trying to download the insurance a month and a half ago, they tell me that the system did not work well but they wrote it down.

Now they claim me the amount because they say that I have not warned, they also call me from another company claiming payment, and they tell me that this insurance has to be discharged one month before the end of the year in December, and not a month before the insurance ends like they told me when making the contract by phone. An absolute shame.
