I had a Carrier Complete System installed. Jimmy (from WVA), came out to do the estimate. He presented me with my fourth estimate of the day, it was the lowest bid, and the Carrier Top of the Line System. Jimmy was professional, and very Customer Service oriented.

Mike C. and Steve came out to install the system, and they were highly trained, efficient, and very personable. They thoroughly explained both the installation process, and the everyday mechanics of using the thermostat.
