Booked the taxi on the app which was late so I rang the office, Vicki said it would be 5 minutes and at to this time it was already 10 minutes late, 20 minutes later I rang again, Vicki said it was on it s way and claimed I had changed location which I hadn t and I have pictures to prove this, she also claimed it wasn t her who I spoke to previously which it clearly was her as we rang to confirm her name later on. She came across very rude and tried to blame us for the whole situation, I would not book again simply because of her. Terrible customer service
