Ordered online for a 1TB External Hard drive, was a good price. Emailed the store to confirm I could pick up the following Saturday, all good I was told. Visited Saturday, waited in a line for 40 minutes - No exaggeration - to be told that it was sold out.

I was then offered the next best, a brand I didn't want, and more expensive. I asked them to price match given the inconvenience, quickly to be told NO.

I have used this store previously for many years and never had a problem. This is a poor example of customer service and for a computer company, you would imagine that your internet ordering system would be accurate. You have lost yet another customer, given the number of poor reviews received that I can see, it appears I'm not the only one.
