The hotel is very troublesome especially in the complicated elevator access, but we have no choice because of holding a wedding nearby, we booked 3 rooms and 1 room on a different floor, but I cannot access to different floors with our card, must go to the lobby and ask to the security so that the tap of the card is very time consuming and the elevator is hot on the 21st floor because the waiting room is the front elevator ventilator without air conditioning, 30% of the time runs out taking care of the elevator which sometimes likes errors, old school card holder
