My girlfriend and I stayed there last night in the sky tower because neither of us have been to mohegan. We usually stay at foxwoods (i get free rooms). Well it looks like it'll be the last time I stay overnight. We found feces smeared on the shower curtain the next morning and went to speak to management. It took about an hour for us to actually speak to someone and have the issue resolved..and this is the kicker..THEY ONLY TOOK OFF $50.00?! That is not good hospitality or customer service. It makes you question if the rooms are even sanitized especially during a pandemic! In my opinion more should have been done to compensate especially if they want returning patrons after that. Ive stayed many places and that is far below industry standards for a place that claims such high regaurd.
