Curtis hit at least two vertices of the service triangle: good, fast and cheap. Typically only two of the three vertices are possible to achieve and for my particular situation where I had no water in my house until the job was complete the two most important factors were fast and good. Curtis was able to replace my ruptured water tank within five hours of my initial call and that included having to run to a warehouse for the proper tank. Beyond being fast, the work was done professionally and came with a warranty. I cannot comment on the cost too much because I did not shop around given the urgency of the job, but given the cost of the raw materials the total cost of the job seemed fair. I will continue to call Curtis first for any jobs that they can perform on the infrastructure of my house.
