Reading other reviews I must agree that MDH crews are really hard workers and terrific young professionals. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Malcolm. He promised to be available for our needs before we handed him full payment and since then he has been unresponsive and vague. We have had excessive water problems since day one and he has been out to check for leaks, finding none, but has been avoiding our requests for the last 18 months to correct the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I'm sorry we used his services.
