Review of Rush Truck Center, Denver

Came in to do an alignment on medium duty box truc...

Came in to do an alignment on medium duty box truck.(They are part of RUSH dealership team, Rush bought all dealerships around there)
Waited a day for it, showed up sharp. Alignment guy wasn't there and he might not even show up (he was sick yesterday, so yeah, never been told all that on the phone)
I was dealing with Rick when I came in. (I think that was his name, the lady on the phone was Roxanne, she wasn't there of course when I came in, no alignment guy eighter)

Next thing they want me to sign paper with word alignment, my company name, no price or anything and it says right above signature line that it waves my right for estimate, I asked " how much is alignment, I want an estimate", "Sign that paper, we need to look at it first", " But the paper says, I wave my right to estimate...."
"We can't do anything until you sign it"
They failed to give me price for it, "we need to start a ticket to give you price", What? They do these once in 10 years or what, how can you not know the price of regular front axle alignment?
I have told them my suspension was check recently, and all I need is analignment, sign blank charge ticket, all I heard from them.
And if alignment guys isnt there, who is checking it?

So ended up leaving, dont want to sign blank ticket and get slapped with bill later, very fishy...
They could charge any amount if I would if signed it, and as I figured out later (read on) they dont even do good alignment.

At the end the told me they dont have Axle bending machine, the would need to install new front axle if it needs to get bent dealerships, dont you love them, simple alignment becomes a 10k job),....wow...my place in FL always done axle bending, that's the only way to do an alignment in heavy/medium duty trucks.

ALWAYS DEMAND A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, OR DEALERSHIPS WILL SCAM YOU AS ALWAYS.

NEVER AGAIN IM GOING TO RUSH, SUGGEST YOU THE SAME.
Take your truck to a local owned bussiness and feed local community instead of this giant company that does unfair practices.
