The dealership is THE worst dealership in Alberta ...

The dealership is THE worst dealership in Alberta for service. They took my key for my new car to fix some issues I noticed under warranty. Then when they claimed they found no trouble they refused to give me my keys unless I paid them some money. I told them they could give me my keys or deal with the police for theft. .... they gave me my key without charging. The service person was Bill, he has been reviewed here as a knowledgeable service person on this review site. I must say that is patently false. He most certainly knows every possible way to soak money from you and have it be allowed by VW Canada. He most certainly is the person who gives this dealership a bad name. In fact because of Bill, I will NEVER EVER buy another VW again.

I also find it odd that this dealership has so many 5 star reviews. I think they are padding their review count to artificially raise their standing. This appears to be common practice if you can get away with it and maybe someone needs to investigate all these five star reviews and ascertain their legitimacy.
