If I could give these guys negative stars, that's what I would do. They were clearing up the alley. They ripped off ivy off my chainlink fence (killed the growth on both sides) and reached over the fence trimming my tree with gas or electric hedge trimmers doing damage. I complained. I got canned response that ivy on my fence and tree must have been a hazard or obstructed view. Not the case. They are vandals with no respect for private property or trees in the City of Trees.
