My daughter was the biggest cry baby there but Ms. Markeeta did everything she could do to calm my daughter down and it was a SUCCESS. From hands on to know how everything will feel, to holding her hand walking her to the chair, to making my daughter not cry anymore and be a BIG GIRL!
