Do not rent from this company. Last month I was so extatic for my lease to be up and get my deposit check (which took over two months).I lived with three other people and rather than giving us each separate checks for our security deposit, they put us all in one check. One of my roommates moved and couldn't come to the bank to cash it, because all four of us listed on the check had to be there. So I called sunny side and asked if they could send us separate checks, they literally lied and said it was "against the law". When I argued that it obviously wasn't, they said each of us could pay 25$ to get separate checks and we would each have to write them a letter approving separate checks. I told them I wasn't gonna pay an extra amount of money to get my own money back. The lady I was on the phone with discussing this yells at me to "shush". I was so appalled I asked her if she actually just sushed me. She said "I'm trying to think but you won't stop talking". Everyone that works there is so evil and will do whatever they can to get your money. Absolutely terrible company and I hope people stop renting from them, seriously not worth it.
