Abysmal. Ordered a room for 3 as attending funeral...

Abysmal. Ordered a room for 3 as attending funeral with 4 year old. Room not ready 5 hours after advertised time. We say no problem going out for dinner. Come back room still not made up. Then we realise room is infested with insects. Reception clearly know this is the case as they immediately move us to another room. Sit waiting till 1130 pm for room to be made up whilst child sleeps in a buggy to then be handed the bedding to make up the beds ourselves. Great experience. Avoid this place like the plague, reception area looks great it s a wolf in sheep s clothing.
