Worthington Public Library is Eager to turn you over to collections after only 3 weeks of attempted contacts via e-mail ONLY!!! When the no fine policy was introduced it was presented that the only consequence of overdue materials would be a hold on your account. We do not work at the library so therefore do not visit daily. Furthermore, we have more pressing issues in our life than logging into the library system on a regular basis. There were two items we had checked out that got placed on our bookshelf and went unnoticed. The library was somehow identified as spam by my filter so their three email attempts were not presented. In addition to my email The library has my home phone number and home address but opted NOT to call! Only to turn over to collections for two miserable unremarkable items.
