Mike Huttleston deserves a 10. He gave me plenty of attention, cooperation, and saw to it that I got whatever help I needed. This visit was for a 15K checkup for my 2014 RX350, which is the most enjoyable car I've ever driven. Sharon was helpful in answering my questions about certain aspects of operating the vehicle.
