I made the mistake of buying a Pro Form treadmill. Made by ICON. A nightmare to assembly, the instructions have actually missing steps. How hard can it be to write the instructions to assembly. Tried to call them, on hold for over an hour before I hung up. Tried to chat, another wasted hour, filled out a webpage request for help. NADA.
Customer service is the pits.
