Horrible experience. Placed an order online. Was told they could do it in 3 days. 2 weeks later it's ready. Drive 45 minutes to Cornelius. Decal is completely INCORRECT. Pulled up my order, and they definitely did not use the correct phone number I had written in their text box. They said they'd get a new, correct one out ASAP. I'd get it by Monday. It's Wednesday and still no package. No tracking available, nothing to see where its at or if its lost. Entire experience illustrates the utter incompetence I come to expect now from businesses.
