Worst customer service ever. After their mechanics screwed up the VSA mechanism on my 2005 Pilot, I swore that I would never use them again. However, I needed a dome light installed. After making the appointment a week in advance, I was told my car would be ready in less than an hour. It was 2 hours and 20 minutes. I could have made arraignments for a ride back to work, but waited in the lobby. I guess it is my own fault for believing them. Shame on me.
