Worst Customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership.Front desk lady and the managers were very rude.Looked like I was not buying a car rather came to a grocery store where nobody was interested. Secondly, they messed up with the car fax, the I one checked and the car I drove were different, I even paid the money for the certified car and when I asked for the portfolio (after asking many times) what I see is 2 accidents been reported on the car fax. Ridiculous..Overall, wont suggest anyone to buy car from Herb Honda Boston.
