From the very beginning Ethan was wonderful, from getting me a loaner car to helping me realize that I could turn the repair into my insurance company to helping me when picking up my car. It was above and beyond every step of the way! I especially want to highlight what he did when I picked up my car. I had the loaner packed and ready to travel to New York to visit my daughter, she was appearing in theatre production that evening so I was on a time crunch. Ethan has my car pulled into the service bday waiting for me and transferred all of my items from the loaner car into my car while I was talking care of the paperwork in the office.
