One of the places to try in Varese ...... but ...... (first the positive notes also because the negative is only one).
Their innovative idea for the city to offer brick pizza with stuffed edges makes this pizzeria unique. If that were not enough, the first quality ingredients and the combinations raise the already excellent level even more. The welcome and the service are very professional, very prepared also to manage small unexpected events that can happen in any place (this skill is not often found as a sign that the staff is expert and competent). As I said, the only negative note, which of course I am not reluctant to go back, is that you come out smelling terribly fried. I am sure that such a careful management of the place will remedy this little mole. Solved this detail deserves 5 stars.
