A very nice hotel with lovely staff, but unfortunately on this occasion it was a little disappointing. The check-in was meant to be at 3pm, but we did not get into our rooms until 4.30ish. And then once in we didn't even have hand soap in the bathroom. The pool was very crowded with a lot of kids, which I know is not the hotels fault, but for a relaxing spa hotel it was very noisy. We did receive a late checkout as a result of the late check-in, but we would not stay that late anyway. We did have a nice breakfast, but there was a bit of a queue to get a get table as we had supposedly hit the rush hour. It is a lovely hotel but I feel like it is just beginning to slip down on its standards from when I stayed before over 3 years ago.
