I have recently been working with the consultant Jan Sumbilla of Square One. She clearly listened to my requirements, and saw the key points of my portfolio career, that could be applied to the role. This is great, in contrast to other consultants who do not always see the whole picture. It is great to work with such an insightful consultant.
