Some of the airport associate need to get customer...

Some of the airport associate need to get customer service training all over again. We aren't from FL so when you ask for some help these associates are just so rude and nasty. That not how customer should be treated when asking for some help. Even those people that ask for boarding pass at the scan line are so rude. This will be the last time I would consider coming back after this horrible cusycust service.
