Edit***** After playing for a third time on 7/10/20, I will not be returning. The attitude of the man working in the pro shop was nothing short of abysmal. Played one of my best 9s of the season and was still disgusted with the experience.

Have played here twice, once back in March, and once two days ago. The main facilities are outdated, but that is not the reason for the 3 star rating, as I care about the golf and only the golf. The pro shop is simple, which I like, and it has everything a golfer might need to play, and I have unfortunately not eaten at the restaurant, but have heard very good things about it.

Ratesare reasonable, and the course is challenging but gettable, albeit it certainly helps if you've played more than a few times. I do not carry a rangefinder and have found it his harder to read distances than most courses. Lots of fun tee shots give you the opportunity for frequent decision making in terms of club selection. Driver most definitely not needed on every hole, and in some cases even discouraged.

Three stars because the greens are in fairly roughshape, and I have not been particularly impressed with staff in my 2 experiences. WhenI played two days ago, the gentleman behind the counter was oddly discouraging towards me wanting to pay to play the back 9 with inclement weather coming. It is odd they do not give rain checks. I will play in any weather outside of lightning, so if I pay to play 18 holes at 54 dollars and only get through 12 before a thunderstorm hits, even though "I know rain is coming before paying for my round," I should be able to be issued a voucher for the 6 holes I didnt get through ($18). Dumb policy in my opinion, but fun course.
