When you pay $23 for a 10 oz steak, you expect to get a quality product. I ordered mine medium and it came to me still mooing. I also ordered mashed potatoes and was presented with a baked, although the waitress assured me I had ordered it baked. When I asked them to cook the steak some more, it came back again still rare and very bland in flavor. My daughters meal came out great and did not need to be sent back.
